Venture building

We launch ventures for impact. Docklab equips its  start-ups with proven IP and 360º incubation support. We have models for co-founders, early-stage investors and JV partners.

We set them free, but don’t let go

We spin out our solutions into new start-up companies with independent management, empowering them to refine their value propositions in the market and to shape their growth paths.

Hand in hand with ‘setting them free’ we also do everything we can to support our spin-out companies – ranging from interim staffing and management support to incubation facilities and ecosystem access. Docklab is growing into a group of companies and our start-ups benefit from shared services, peer learning and cross-over opportunities.

Increasingly we partner with founders, peer innovators and investors even before launch, jointly crafting new business models and market opportunities.

How we work

IP Technology

We launch our ventures with proven IP and continued tech support from both our core team at the HQ and our offshore development team in Salem, India.

Leadership

We onboard co-founders to drive our new ventures and offer director level support (CEO/CTO/investor strategy) throughout the pre-seed stage.

Incubation support

We offer 360º incubation services that include office space, business admin, IP and M&A lawyers, access to our networks and access to pre-seed funding.

Our partnership models

Co-founders

We onboard both serial entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial professionals eager to leap into start-up life. Ideally, we begin working together before and during the launch of a new venture.

Businesses and investors

We also co-create ventures with selected partners who bring complementary capabilities. SME’s, corporates and investors who see a joint opportunity are welcome to reach out.
